- A fully continuous-flow synthesis of 2-hydroxypyridine-N-oxide (HOPO), an important peptide coupling reagent used in a variety of pharmaceutical ingredients preparations, was developed and implemented in production, an effort accelerated by 3D-printing capabilities.
- The talk will also describe several recent applications of enzyme immobilization to enable flow versions of biocatalytic processes.
